It had a particularly good location near to restaurants, shops and public transport, the Fenicular railway and restaurants and shops around the town, and the other attractions of Northern Tuscany. Views across the town were great, the room was spotless and romantic. A balcony, a lounge area, and an ironing set were great. The private parking was on site, attentive service.

Nothing not to love!

The rooms they offer were neat and functional with storage space, water in the shower in late evening and unusual furniture. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, a short walk to Terme Excelsior. The hotel was in a brilliant area, adjacent to shops and restaurants and the main squares, restaurants, shops and public transport and both the train station for days out to Lucca, Florence & Pisa & also the main sights in Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alta.

We ate in the reasonably priced restaurant with wide ranging menu of well prepared dishes and wines at reasonable prices and attentive and friendly waiter service plus excellent and varied breakfast which was reasonably priced.

It has reasonably large rooms with storage space for clothes, a balcony, for example. The services are TERRIFIC, including a very clean pool.

This fantastic little hotel has friendly staff and offers exceptional services with a good choice of delicacies. The hotel has panoramic views across the town and well-kept rooms with comfy beds.

The hotel had a central location and it was a minute walk from thermal baths. The restaurant was spacious for dinner, I tried appetising dishes.

Even though I enjoyed the place, some of the staff were not very helpful.

This is a really different hotel for Italy. It has a lovely Queensland style verandah/beer garden at the front of the hotel with palms and other tropical plants. The interior is romantic furnishings with floral arrangements and ornaments in the lounge areas. The meals are very good. The rooms are of the same decoration with modern bathrooms. Great location to spas and the towns beautiful gardens. A lovely hotel in a lovely town.

We have stayed at this hotel hotel for the last 2 years.we come every year to see friends and I am sure we will be back again next year.the location is excellent,the owners and staff are very friendly,food very good, and excellent value for money.

We only have 1 issue with the hotel and that is the short time you can use the swimming pool.you can't swim before breakfast as it is forbiden before 10.00am then between 1.00pm and 4.00pm there is no swimming as they call it quiet time, and then it finishes at 6.00pm so if you have been out siteseeing all day you have very little chance of a swim.

Comfortable hotel in Tuscany style, stuff very friendly, good italian coffe, nice place to relax after city trips nearby: Pisa, Firenze.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the train station providing easy access to Florence and Pisa, as well as restaurants, shops, and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I can't wait to come back after my 7-night stay.
